Luke 6:38 (NKJV)
.38 Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

There is no word from God that is without the power to fulfill it.

Deborah
Posted: April 29, 2017
Deborah, The Prophetess, The Judge, Mother in Israel. The fourth of the judges who ruled over the Jewish people after the death of Joshua, was not a man, but a woman, one of the most famous of all times, the Prophetess Deborah. Before her were Othniel, Ehud and Shamgar, the latter only for a short time. (Chabad.org)After Ehud's death the Jews forsook the ways of the Torah and adopted many of the idols of the people about them. As a consequence G d delivered them into the hands of the King of Canaan, Jabin, whose royal residence was the city of Hazor. His cruel general Sisera oppressed the Jews for twenty years. Sisera possessed a well-trained army of cavalry. He also had iron chariots that were the "tanks" of those days. The Jews suffered terribly under the cruel rule of Sisera, and in great despair cried unto God.It was then that God sent them Deborah the Prophetess. She was one of the seven women prophetesses whose prophecies are recorded in the Bible.Deborah lived in the Mountains of Ephraim, between Ramah and Beth-El. In the midst of the sin and idolatry, Deborah remained true to G d and His Torah. She was wise and God fearing, and the people flocked to her for advice and help. Deborah held court beneath a palm-tree, in the open air. There, where everyone could hear her, she warned the Jewish people and urged them to leave their evil ways and return to God The entire Jewish nation respected this great prophetess.Deborah was the wife of a man whose name was Lapidoth, which means "torches." Sages tell us, that at the advice of his wife he furnished large wicks and oil for the lights of the sanctuary of Shiloh, which burned like torches. Thus, our Sages say, was the effect of this holy woman on everyone around her: spreading the light of Torah. Similarly our Sages explain that she sat under a palm-tree to show to the world that the Jewish people was all united and turning their eyes again to God, like the leaves of the palm turn upward together, towards heaven. It was fortunate that Deborah had such a tremendous influence. For even the strongest and noblest of the men of those days had given up hope of turning the tide against the Canaanites' oppression and idolatry. When Deborah felt that she had helped the people to return to God , she sent for Barak, the son of Abinoam. Some say he was her husband, and that "Barak," meaning lighting, was another name for "Lapidoth." At any rate, Barak was the most influential man in Israel then, and Deborah asked him to raise an army of ten thousand troops from the tribes of Naphtali and Zebulun, and gather them at the foot of mount Tabor, in the Plains of Esdrealon. With this army he was to attack the Canaanite oppressors.Barak refused to undertake this task by himself, knowing well that only the help of God and the inspiration of the prophetess Deborah could succeed in the hopeless odds against the iron chariots and cavalry of Sisera. Deborah agreed to accompany him, but she warned him that although he would gain victory, the glory would not be his, but a woman's.Sisera learned of Barak's approach and led his huge army against the Jews. Naturally, the well-trained and armored Canaanite troops had no difficulty at first. They quickly gained the upper hand. But suddenly God threw confusion into their ranks. Rains turned the battlefield into mud, and the chariots were stuck. Terrified by the sudden turn of events, the mighty warriors of Sisera fled in all directions. The overjoyed Jewish troops pursued them to the very hometown of Sisera, Charosheth, and not a single soldier of the Canaanites escaped. When Sisera realized his defeat, he quickly descended from his chariot and fled on foot. Seeking a place to hide, he chanced upon the tent of Heber the Kenite, who was a descendant of Jethro, the father-in-law of Moses. Heber had been on good terms with Jabin, the king of Hazor, the ruler of the Canaanites, and Sisera was only too happy to accept the invitation of Jael, Heber's wife, to bide him in the house until the Jewish army would have passed.Jael gave him food and drink and, exhausted from the battle, Sisera soon fell into a heavy slumber. Seeing this, the brave Jael decided to make Sisera pay for all the cruelties he had committed against the Jewish people. Cautiously approaching the sleeping warrior, she drove a long nail, a tent-pin, through his temple, thus putting an end to the hated oppressor. In the meantime Barak had arrived at the house of Heber, in hot pursuit of Sisera. Jael came out to meet him and greeted him with these words: "Come, and I will show thee the man whom thou seekest." She then led Barak into the tent, and there lay the cruel general, dead. Thus Deborah's predictions came true: the highest glory of the victory belonged to a woman, not to Barak, and Deborah herself glorified the brave Jael in the immortal "Song of Deborah."The famous Song of Deborah is in many ways similar to the Song of Moses, which he and Israel sang after the miracle at the Red Sea. The extraordinary beauty and charm of her poem make it next to the "Shiroh" (Song) of Moses, the greatest of all poetic songs of gratitude to G d, in our sacred literature.Deborah begins by praising the men in Israel who consecrated themselves to the war of liberation:Then terror spreads in Israel; Then the people offer themselves willingly,Bless ye GodHear, 0 ye kings; give ear, 0 ye princes,I unto God will sing;I will sing Praise unto the G d of Israel. Then the prophetess goes on to sing of God might in days of old; she describes Israel's plight under the oppression of the bands of Canaanites, when all travel on the highways was abandoned, and the people had no weapons with which to defend themselves. The rulers ceased in Israel, they ceasedUntil that I did arise, Deborah,That I did arise a mother in Israel . . .My heart goes out to the governors of IsraelThat offered themselves willingly among the peopleBless ye God . . .Then goes out her war cry, and the tribes gather behind her banner:Awake, awake, Deborah, awake, awake, utter a song!Arise, Barak, and lead thy captivity captive,Thou son of Abinoam! . . .She rebukes those tribes of Israel who were slow in joining her, preferring to listen to the pipings of the shepherds. In contrast, she holds up the shining example of Zebulun and Naphtali who offered their lives on the battle-fields. Then she describes the terrible battle, and the wonderful miracles that helped Israel to victory:They fought from heaven,The stars in their coursesFought against Sisera. The brook Kishon swept them away, That ancient brook, the brook of Kishon.O my soul, tread them down with strength! . . .In the end Deborah praises the brave Jael for having with her own hands killed the worst of Israel's enemies. And she concludes her song of praise to G d with these words:Blessed above women shalt Jael be,The wife of Heber the Kenite,Above women in the tent shall she be blessed . . .At her feet he sank, he fell, he lay; At her feet he sank, he fell;Where he sank, there he fell dead . . .So perish all Thine enemies, 0 God;But they that love HimBe as the sun going forth in its might.Deborah's aim was accomplished. The oppressors were defeated and the Jews were free again to live their own life in happiness. Both Deborah and Barak saw to it that the Jews remained loyal to God Whom they had forsaken during the Canaanite reign. For forty happy years the Jews lived in peace under the wise guardianship of Deborah and Barak. With regards the women, the Bible calls a "mother" a “mother in Israel.” Let us look at what a "mother in Israel" is: (Rodney Francis)“In the days of Shamgar, son of Anath, In the days of Jael, The highways were deserted, And the travellers walked along the byways. Village life ceased, it ceased in Israel, until I, Deborah, arose, Arose a mother in Israel. They chose new gods; Then there was war in the gates; Not a shield or spear was seen among forty thousand in Israel. My heart is with the rulers of Israel who offered themselves willingly with the people. Bless the Lord!” (Judges 5:6-9 , NKJV). Deborah called herself a “mother in Israel.” From her life we can get some better understanding of what a "mother in Israel” is. Barak certainly knew the strength and advantages of having a "mother in Israel” working with him on the front lines of the battle. He succeeded because of her presence, prophetic insight, advice and wisdom. That “mother in Israel” had the following attributes:• Deborah was a prophetess (Judges 4:4 ).• She was a judger of Israel (Judges 4:4-5 ).• She heard from God (Judges 4:6-7 ).• She was a support to Barak in his obedience to the Word of the Lord to him through her (Judges 4:8-10 ).• She was an exhorter (Judges 4:14 ).• Deborah helped Barak to conquer (Judges 4:23-24 ).Together Deborah and Barak sang of their victory. The victory came because and when:• The leaders led in Israel (Judges 5:1-2 ). Leaders must lead! When God’s leaders lead according to the Scriptural principles the people of God are led into victory.• The people offered themselves willingly (Judges 5:1-2 ). There is no substitute to people freely and willingly offering themselves to the purposes of God. No one ever wins who does things grudgingly, or under duress. Before that victory was gained, we have a picture painted of the conditions that prevailed. Things were not very good until a "mother in Israel” rose up! Deborah declared certain things happened before she arose:• The highways were deserted (Judges 5:6-7 ).• The travellers walked along the byways (Judges 5:6-7 ). People did not have the freedom to travel openly. They were restricted.• Village life ceased in Israel (Judges 5:6-7 ). People had become isolated one from the other; they kept to themselves – became introverted.• People chose new gods (Judges 5:8 ). See also Deuteronomy 32:15-18 : “But Jeshurun (“the darling upright” – a poetical appellation of the people of Israel – Young’s) grew fat and kicked; You grew fat, you grew thick, You are obese! Then he forsook God Who made him, and scornfully esteemed the Rock of his salvation. They provoked Him to jealousy with foreign gods; With abominations they provoked Him to anger. They sacrificed to demons, not to God, To gods they did not know, To new gods, new arrivals that your fathers did not fear. Of the Rock Who begot you, you are unmindful, And have forgotten the God Who fathered you.”It is amazing how quickly people can get away from the truth and replace it with “new gods.” Even those who have preached and lived for the Gospel can be deceived into allowing “new gods” to creep into their lives and turn them away from the Living God. When there is an absence of “mothers in Israel” the children of God slip into sin, and then forget God and all He has done for them. There was war – instead of peace – in the gates (Judges 5:8 ). The gates were a place where the city fathers sat, advised, ruled, kept safe the inhabitants, etc. Without the influence of true fathers and mothers in Israel the gates had become a place of “in-house” strife. No true authority was being exercised by the fathers and mothers who were called to keep the peace of the city. Yet they (the people) would not take up arms to fight! They were fighting “within,” but had no heart to defend themselves from the enemy “without” – “not a shield or spear was seen among 40,000 in Israel” (Judges 5:8 ). Is this not what we are seeing in our world today? People with no peace in their own hearts settling to be “at peace” with everyone else regardless of the compromises and the consequences.

The Throne Room of God
Posted: April 29, 2017
The Throne room of God becomes realized as you give praise to His name. As you praise the realization becomes yours as you see it; you obtain and become sensitized.
Gathering of the priest; you and me; we are covered with dust of world, we feel the pressure out there. As we praise from the heart; you are lifting your heart and it cleanses you
Satan hates praise; darkness depression despair is his kingdom.
Hallelujah Halle primary meaning is radiating with light bragging and boasting of the I AM that I AM. When you need deliverance, I am the deliverer, You need water, I am the supplier, you need healing, I am the healer. You are praising God for who He really is; not the darkness and slander of the enemy about God, but who He is. For God is good; that is true, the enemy would speak to you why did a loving God allow this in my life? As you begin to praise Him for who He is. He is Good; His lovingkindness (sometimes translated as mercy, or love; but legal statement of the blood which says that God will treat you with love, kindness and goodness). Goodness and Mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, not defeat, sickness and poverty or this is the way it is in my family line. The cross of Christ has broken the back of your family line. He is in an everlasting covenant that will never be broken. It is the covenant between God the Father and the blood of His Son. He has promised to take full responsibility for your life.
Your faith is a response to His Faithfulness.
Light disperses darkness. Praise disperses darkness.
Praise doesn’t only do something for me but does something in the spirit world. Giving praise to God gives great achievement in the spirit world that are connected with prayer
Psalm 8:2 2Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.
Who and what are these babe and infants that silence enemy and avenger?
Babes and infants are utter weakness; doesn’t look like very much strength. What is weaker? Nothing is weaker than a babe or suckling
God ordained and decreed praise (strength) to bring to pass
Strength is a stronghold; strength of fortress, tower of strength; a refuge you are in, so they can’t get you but a refuge from which you can get them.
Out of the mouth of these insignificant person you have brought to perfection the making of a tower of strength; the producing of a stronghold resulting is you may silence the enemy.
Hebrew - to hurl he enemy back and shut him up with nothing left to say
What comes out of them, the babes and infants, what comes out is that it creates a stronghold that the enemy is hurled back and shut up. Jesus quotes this verse He says it slightly different though.
Matt.21:16 And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?
The children were saying Hosanna. He is saying to the leaders, yes, I hear them. It is praise that the babes and infants are building the stronghold that causes the enemies of God to be hurled down and shut up; praise that comes out of the weakest person.
Praise builds audible fortress; shuts up and hurls down the enemy.
Praise God and the side effect build a stronghold that shuts up and hurls down all the opposing forces.
In church it should be to lift your hearts to the Lord not bind the enemies. The news is the devil is bound 2000 years ago. Get absorbed in the glory of God.
Psalm 50:23 He who brings an offering of praise and thanksgiving honors and glorifies Me; and he who orders his way aright [who prepares the way that I may show him], to him I will demonstrate the salvation of God.
Difficult to translate in Hebrews, but it does mean a road opens up to bring the manifestation of salvation; boulders become removed; track opens; road opens up to you.
